Return & Exchanges Policy

 

         At Veimia, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Return/Exchange Initiates Process

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery:

            📧Email: service@news-veimia.com(Include order number & reason);

  • We’ll send you a return guide & approved address to ensure you can return the product to appropriate place;

  • Products that have been worn (except for fitting purposes) are not eligible for return or exchange. All items must be returned in their original shipping condition, complete with original packaging, labels, and any gifts included.

 

Can I return the product without contacting you first?

No, this is because the return-to address may differ from the initial shipping address in your order. So, please, you need to contact us before returning any product. We cannot guarantee a refund if you return a product without contacting us first.

 

Refund Timeline

  • 【Credit Card Payments】For purchases made using credit cards, we will proceed with an adjustment of the billed amount. This procedure takes 7 days approximately. Owing to factors like the credit card company’s due date, billing may initially be made at the pre-modification rate, but subsequent refunds or detailed procedures will be handled by your credit card company.
  • 【Cash on Delivery】As soon as we receive the returned items, we will confirm their condition and refund your money through bank transfer. This process usually takes around 5 days to complete. Refunds are completed within seven business days.

 

Return/Exchange Freight Liability

  • Quality Problem/Wrong Items: Seller pays return shipping if you provide proof (photos) and the return was processed successfully.

  • Personal Reasons(e.g., wrong size, color change, dislike): Buyer pays return shipping.

A. About product returns and refunds:

1. Please check your product for quality issues upon receipt and contact our customer service immediately if any are found. Please provide us with detailed circumstances and photos proving the quality issue.

2. For returns due to buyers' personal reasons(such as dislike, incorrect size), we can process as long as it doesn't affect secondary sales. Remember, this offer is valid within 30 days from the shipping date(with reference to the final shipping date).

3. Parts and gifts of the guaranteed return/exchange products, as well as the issued invoice or statement, must be complete.

 

B. Conditions whereby returns and exchanges are not allowed:

1. Products that have been worn, washed, or have human-induced damage or damage that affects secondary sales cannot be returned/exchanged unless there are quality issues.

2. Modified products.

3. Gifts, tags, accessories, outer packaging that has been damaged or lost.

4. Items or gifts that do not meet the conditions for return/exchange, and cannot be exchanged with points or vouchers.

5. Promotional or flash-sale items which are stated to be non-refundable, based on current activity description.

6. Issued receipts or sales statements that have been lost. These items cannot be exchanged;

7. For products prone to damage, like lace products, we conduct strict quality checks before shipment. Therefore, if you order such items, be sure to inspect them on spot when receiving them. In case of any quality issues, kindly contact our customer service immediately;

8. Products which are not Veimia originals, have no purchase records, and have a large amount of malicious returns.

9. Products which have been delivered for over 30 days(based on the despatch time of the last order).
