Is VEIMIA Good?
If Every Review Were 5 Stars, I’d Be Suspicious

If all you want is to hear VEIMIA tell you how great VEIMIA is, this probably isn’t the article for you.

Because today, we’re not interested in counting five-star reviews.

We’re more interested in the reviews that weren’t so flattering — and whether they actually changed the products.

Customer Reviews: 4.8 Strapless Bra: 375+ Reviews Cooling Bra: UPGRADED 2.0 Independent Test: 4.67 / 5
LET’S SAY SOMETHING BRANDS DON’T USUALLY SAY

If every review on a lingerie website says “Perfect,” “Amazing,” and “Must Buy”… I’d probably stop and look twice.

Because a bra is simply not the kind of product that feels exactly the same on every body.

Different breast shapes.

Different shoulder heights.

Different levels of upper-breast fullness.

Different wear times.

Even the same woman may want something completely different from her bra depending on whether she’s wearing a white T-shirt today or a strappy dress tomorrow.

So when you search:

“Is VEIMIA good?”

You probably aren’t looking for VEIMIA to tell you how great VEIMIA is.

What you really want to know is:

  • Are VEIMIA reviews real?
  • Does anyone think the products are just okay?
  • Do customers ever point out actual flaws?
  • Have any VEIMIA products ever needed serious improvement?
  • Most importantly: when customers point out a problem, does the brand actually do anything about it?
So in this article, we’re not going to talk only about five stars.
REAL CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Forget how we describe ourselves for a minute. What are customers actually saying?

VEIMIA’s Customer Reviews page currently shows an overall rating of 4.8.

A lot of customers say the products are comfortable. Some say they would buy again.

But it isn’t a wall of people pretending every product is perfect.

No dramatic praise. Just two very ordinary words: “Not bad.”

A shapewear customer liked the smooth, cool fabric, but also said the fit felt a little tight and that the tummy-control effect was less dramatic than expected for a fuller stomach.
Mixed Feedback

The feedback above is based on reviews published on VEIMIA’s Customer Reviews page. Longer comments have been summarized for readability while retaining the review date and anonymized customer name.

Oddly enough, I think “Not bad” matters.

Because real customers don’t all write like advertising copywriters.

Some people love a product.

Some think it’s comfortable.

Some plan to buy again.

Some simply think it’s okay.

And some will openly tell you that a product didn’t perform quite as dramatically as they expected.

If reviews are genuinely useful, their job shouldn’t be to make a brand look perfect.
FIVE STARS VS. CRITICISM

Five-star reviews tell us what we got right. Critical reviews force us to ask what needs to change.

For marketing, five stars are wonderful.

For a product team, though, one detailed negative review can sometimes be more useful than ten people saying “Amazing.”

Why?

“Uncomfortable” is difficult to fix.

But “the straps don’t adjust,” “the cups are too shallow,” “the fabric wrinkles after washing,” or “the side panel folds over” — those are problems you can take back to a product-development table.

If one person mentions a problem, it may be personal preference.

If it comes up again, you take note.

But when different customers keep pointing to the same issue, a brand can’t keep responding with:

“Maybe it just isn’t right for you.”
REAL TRY-ON

Don’t judge an influencer review by the stars either. Watch how the product actually fits.

VEIMIA’s official Influencer Reviews page features 1,000+ influencer partners and more than 50M video views, including try-on content from YouTube and Instagram creators.

That content can absolutely be useful.

But sponsored or collaborative content is still collaborative content. It shouldn’t be treated as proof that every customer will have exactly the same experience.

A Cooling Seamless Bra try-on featured on VEIMIA’s official Influencer Reviews page.

The official description highlights its cool, seamless and barely-there feel for hot summer days.

But the useful part isn’t a five-star badge.

You can actually look at the straps, coverage, silhouette and overall proportions on a real person.

Even if 1,000 people say a bra feels comfortable, that doesn’t guarantee person number 1,001 has the same body shape.
INDEPENDENT TEST

There’s one VEIMIA rating I particularly like — because it wasn’t 5.0.

Japanese consumer-testing publication 360LiFE / LDK included a VEIMIA minimizer product in a comparison of bras in the same category.

4.67 Overall / 5

An A rating — but not a perfect score

The VEIMIA product scored 5.00 for visual size change and 5.00 for silhouette, while comfort received 4.00.

5.00 Size Change
5.00 Silhouette
4.00 Comfort

That actually makes the result more useful to me.

Because it isn’t:

5. 5. 5.
Everything is perfect.

A bra can perform extremely well in support and silhouette while still feeling firmer than another customer prefers.

It can work beautifully for one breast shape without becoming another person’s “perfect bra.”

CASE 01 · STRAPLESS BRA 01

What really changed the way we look at reviews were 375+ comments we didn’t particularly enjoy reading.

VEIMIA once published a product-redesign story that doesn’t sound much like the average brand article:

375+ critical reviews.
7 redesigns.
One Strapless Bra we weren’t willing to leave alone.

The old version wasn’t a total failure.

In fact, that was part of the problem: it initially sold quite well.

But as more customers wore it, certain complaints started repeating.

  • The cups felt too shallow for fuller coverage.
  • The side structure could fold or lose support.
  • The upper edge did not always stay flush against the body.
  • After extended wear, the bra could begin moving downward.
VEIMIA Strapless Bra 2.0 redesign
VEIMIA Strapless Bra 2.0 redesign visual: “YES, WE HEARD YOU. & WE UPGRADED.”

The reason this image matters isn’t because it looks good.

It matters because it admits something:

The previous version still had room to improve.

If the cups are too shallow, change the cups.

If the sides aren’t stable enough, change the side support.

If grip isn’t strong enough, rework the tension and anti-slip structure.

If the top edge doesn’t stay in place, customers shouldn’t have to spend the entire evening secretly pulling their bra back up.

THE HARD TRUTH

Great copy cannot save a bra that keeps sliding down.

Once the problem is structural, another polished product description isn’t going to fix it.

That is why this story eventually became a redesign story — not another customer-service article titled:

“5 Tips to Make Your Strapless Bra Stay Up.”

ONE REVIEW VS. A PATTERN

One person disliking something may be personal preference. A lot of people pointing to the same issue is different.

1

Don’t rush to defend the product

When the first negative comment appears, the easiest response is to explain it away: maybe the size was wrong, maybe the bra was worn differently, maybe everyone simply feels things differently.

2

Group similar complaints together

When words like “too shallow,” “slips down,” “non-adjustable straps” or “wrinkles after washing” start appearing again and again, it may no longer be an isolated experience.

3

Turn complaints into product language

You can’t hand “it doesn’t feel good” to a pattern maker.

But cup depth, strap length, fabric recovery, bonding construction and side-wing structure can all be tested.

4

Only then does “2.0” mean something

Changing the color, shooting new photos and adding “2.0” to the product name isn’t a redesign.

CASE 02 · COOLING BRA 02

Then it was the Cooling Bra’s turn.

The first-generation Cooling Bra already had a lot going for it.

Lightweight.

Thin.

Wireless.

Slim straps.

Easy to wear under white T-shirts, tank tops and lightweight summer clothing.

But once customers had worn it longer and washed it repeatedly, the feedback became more specific.

VEIMIA Cooling Bra V1.0 vs V2.0 comparison
VEIMIA Cooling Bra official V1.0 vs V2.0 comparison. The left side lists issues identified in V1.0, while the right shows the V2.0 improvements.

The official V1.0 / V2.0 comparison doesn’t hide the older version’s weaknesses:

  • Non-adjustable straps
  • Fabric that could wrinkle more easily
  • Greater risk of peeling
  • Basic skin-contact materials
  • Limited size coverage
This time, we didn’t try to pretend the previous version was already perfect.

Because once you know where the problem is, the important question isn’t how well you can explain it.

It’s whether the next version actually fixes it.

VEIMIA Cooling Bra 2.0 six upgraded details
VEIMIA Cooling Bra 2.0: 6 Improved Details · All Inspired by You

So what actually changed in Cooling Bra 2.0?

1

0.8 cm adjustable slim straps

The new version no longer assumes every woman has the same shoulder height, bust position or upper-body proportions.

The straps can now be adjusted to suit the wearer.

2

Deeper cups

More room was added inside the cup so the bra could stay lightweight without sacrificing coverage.

3

Upgraded textured fabric

One of the redesign goals was to respond to the older fabric’s tendency to wrinkle more easily.

The focus wasn’t only on how the bra felt on the first day out of the box, but how it held up in everyday use.

4

Softer mulberry-silk skin-contact lining

When you wear a bra all day, the part that matters most isn’t the product name.

It’s what actually touches your skin.

5

Improved bonding construction

Seamless bras rely heavily on bonding technology, so V2.0 also targeted durability and peeling resistance.

6

Expanded sizing up to 2XL

The current Cooling Bra 2.0 size range includes M, L, XL and 2XL.

A convincing “2.0” isn’t a brand saying, “We upgraded it.” It’s being able to show what wasn’t good enough before and exactly what changed afterward.

See Cooling Bra 2.0 →

CURRENT 2.0

Today’s Cooling Bra isn’t the same bra as V1.0.

VEIMIA Cooling Seamless Bra Upgraded 2.0
VEIMIA Cooling Seamless Bra is currently listed as UPGRADED 2.0.

The current product page highlights features including lightweight cooling fabric, wireless soft support, adjustable slim straps, a seamless cooling feel, breathable pads, semi-fixed cups and higher side wings.

But the individual features aren’t really the point of this article.

The point is:

A lot of these changes didn’t suddenly appear in a marketing meeting. They answer problems customers had already pointed out.
SO, IS VEIMIA GOOD?

We’re not going to give ourselves a 10 out of 10.

If you’ve read this far and still want the simplest possible answer:

“Is VEIMIA actually good?”

Of course we hope your eventual answer is yes.

But a brand shouldn’t be allowed to answer that question for every woman.

Some women need stronger support.

Some care most about a minimizing effect.

Some hate underwires.

Some simply want less bulk during a brutally hot summer.

Some sit at a desk for eight hours every day.

Some are buying a bra for one off-shoulder dress this weekend.

One bra was never going to be every woman’s perfect bra.
BUYING GUIDE

If you’re researching VEIMIA reviews, start with the imperfect ones.

Don’t search only for:

“Very comfortable!”

The more useful review may begin with:

“Comfortable, but…”

Because what comes after “but” may be exactly what helps you decide.

  • Does the reviewer have a similar body shape or bra size?
  • How long does she wear the bra each day?
  • Does she care most about support, cooling, minimizing or softness?
  • Is the flaw she mentions something you personally cannot tolerate?
  • Was the review written immediately after unboxing, or after wearing and washing the product?
The purpose of a review isn’t to tell you whether a brand is popular.
It’s to help you decide: “Is this product right for me?”
ONE LAST THING

The thing brands should fear most isn’t a one-star review.

Of course one star doesn’t look good.

Marketing doesn’t enjoy seeing it.

Neither does the product team.

But at least it is still telling you:

What went wrong.

The more dangerous moment is when a customer thinks:

“Forget it. They won’t change anything anyway.”

Then she stops leaving feedback.

Stops buying.

And simply leaves.

BEHIND THE REDESIGN

Want to see what happens when criticism actually becomes a new product?

VEIMIA REVIEW

So, one more time: Is VEIMIA good?

We don’t want to throw a wall of five-star reviews at you and ask you to believe us.

Look at the customer reviews.

Watch the try-ons.

See what independent testers say.

Look at the things we didn’t get right the first time.

Then look at what happened afterward.

If a brand had nothing but five-star reviews,
I’d be suspicious.

We don’t want to be a brand that has supposedly “never been criticized.”

We’d rather be a brand that:

gets told what isn’t working — and actually goes back to fix it.

The rest of the answer?
You can decide after you’ve worn it.

FAQ

VEIMIA Reviews: Frequently Asked Questions

Is VEIMIA good?

No lingerie brand or bra style is going to be ideal for everyone. When deciding whether VEIMIA is right for you, look at your own breast shape, size, wearing habits, the product structure and both positive and critical customer reviews rather than relying only on an average star rating.

Are VEIMIA reviews trustworthy?

VEIMIA publishes customer reviews and also features influencer try-ons. Brand-owned channels can be useful, but they shouldn’t be your only source. A better approach is to compare customer feedback, real-life try-ons, product specifications and independent testing.

Are all VEIMIA reviews five stars?

No. The current Customer Reviews page shows an overall rating of 4.8, with plenty of positive feedback alongside more neutral comments such as “Not bad” and customers who mention limitations in fit or product performance.

Has VEIMIA ever redesigned a product because of customer reviews?

Yes. VEIMIA’s published Strapless Bra redesign story used feedback from 375+ reviews to identify recurring structural problems, eventually leading to seven major upgrade areas. The Cooling Seamless Bra has also since been upgraded to V2.0.

What changed in the Cooling Bra 2.0?

The official upgrade includes 0.8 cm adjustable slim straps, deeper cups, upgraded textured fabric, a softer mulberry-silk lining, improved bonding and anti-peeling construction, and sizing expanded up to 2XL.

Has VEIMIA been independently tested?

A VEIMIA minimizer product received an A rating in a comparison by Japanese consumer-testing publication 360LiFE / LDK, with an overall score of 4.67 / 5. It scored 5.00 for visual size change, 5.00 for silhouette and 4.00 for comfort.

What should I check before buying a VEIMIA bra?

Start with your underbust and bust measurements, then consider cup depth, strap adjustability, side-wing coverage, support level and how you plan to wear the bra. Reviews from customers with a similar body type, size or use case are usually more useful than a generic “I love it” comment.
